Fees/Scheduling

I am currently accepting new clients and scheduling in person and telehealth appointments.

My standard fees are -
50 minute appointment is $195
Initial appointment is $250


I accept Aetna Insurance. For all other insurance plans, I am an out of network provider who bills on clients' behalf.  I charge clients directly if they have insurance other than Aetna (via HSA or FSA cards, credit or debit cards), and then facilitate insurance reimbursement. I electronically bill insurance and they reimburse clients directly per their contracted rate.

For out of network plans, the percentage reimbursed varies according to plan, and can be determined in advance by checking your policy.
